Incompotant and rude

100% Incompotant. Been trying for 7 days to make an walk in appointment Their telephone system is disfunctional. After holding for 88 minutes I finally got to speak to a very rude operator on a bad line. Appart from the bad line she put the phone on speaker making communication even worse. After asking her for the 2nd time to repeat something she mumbled she just slammed down the phone in my ear. This is the government department with the worst and most rude operators. At least under apartheid the phones got answered, the operators was polite, spoke properly and knew what they were doing.
