*********** staff and system
I laid a complaint on 15/07/2015. Sekgametse Mahupi, the debt collector assigned to my case couldn't do her job.Sars only realised on the 04/08 that the reason the arrangement could not be made for payment, was becoz there was still an employer's details that was elected as a third party.I resigned in 03/2014 from that company.I went&spoke to the manager(this was the 6th time or so I had been there&many calls to the contact centre, with no help)after being referred to Albany House.Vaneshree at Umhlanga realised why the arrangements couldn't be made. She sent emails to team leaders&relevant people without response. (bear in mind that yesterday was day 17 since I laid a complaint with sars)&Vaneshree, requested a Erika Du Pasanie to have my current employer to be third party&I was told about another 21 days of waiting.I don't think is fair that I have to wait for another 21 days.I have also told my HR depmnt to expect your request for them to be third party.my payroll office closes on the 15th,so it means this matter will only be in action in Sep.I don't know why have to wait another 21days for ITA88 to be in place against my salary?Does sars not look at every case with careful considerat
