*********** SARS!!!!!!!!!

I have done my tax returns on the 14 august 2019 and was told that an audit had to be done and was required to wait for a period of 21 days for it to be completed. I had no communication via sms, email or a phone call regarding this. Thereafter on the 17 September 2019, I did a follow up and was informed that my query was going to be escalated to the auditors and I still have to wait an additional 21 days and was going to receive an sms notifying me of this however I have not received any feedback with regards to this. Today the 18 October 2019, I called in again and was advised by the consultant that my query was not escalated to the auditors meaning now I will have to wait another 21 days for the auditors. This ls really frustrating as a citizen as SARS is ever ready to take our hard earned money but is so difficult to assist when it comes to our tax returns.
