*********** people doing Audits SARS

I did my SARS returns via E-filing on the 21 July and have submitted the relevant documents on the 23rd July 2018. They advised me that I must wait 21 Working days until the audit was done which I was not made aware of on top of that on the 23 August i was advised my file has still not been touched or looked at and requested for an ex-osculation on my account to mark it as important its a week later and still nothing has been done. They advised to log a complaint on the phone number ********** however i cant log a complaint as i have no tracking number although i have 6 already but because my file has not been looked at by the auditors i cant log a complaint nor can I log a complaint on E-filing as it just advises "busy preparing the form".. This is ridiculous as when I needed to pay in previous years, I had to pay immediate and i get penalized every day with interest for not paying in, yet SARS needs to pay out and have no consequences for their actions and cant do the job. They push people to do on line e-filing to help with ques yet still *********** on doing the job, I rather go in waits a day get the audit over and done with then submit online and not have any answers for people not doing their jobs
