1. Consultants slow and you queue for 5 hours only to be told that you have incomplete documents. 2. Consultant refused to acknowledge the permissions outlined on the "power of attorney" letter and disregarded our efforts to explain the content outlined on the letter by SARS itself. Vanished for a long time and came back to tell us that a person given the power of attorney is not allowed to request tax clearance. 3. Consultants are rude and perform their duties as if they are doing clients a favour. 4. Consultants don't even wear name badges, I suppose that's their strategy to conceal Identity after pathetic service. Pathetic service by SARS!!!!!!
