She doesn't understand what she is suppose to do and doesn't have an idea or difference between provisional tax and normal income tax for companies. The company submitted annual returns for 2013 and and didn't submit provisional for 2013 for both periods and she is asking for AFS and yet she has annual figures for 2013. And the we already paid penalties for 2013. Please help..... NB: when I ask for further clarity she says I am wasting her time, what time because she suppose to assist SARS clients and that's what she is hired for.
