In 2017, we went into the PE branch to manually capture and submit ALL outstanding returns. Now in 2019, SARS wont pay out because they say that we owe returns from 2006, 2005, 2004. I have now submitted the returns again but they still have a hold on the 2004 return. I now get told I must wait another 90 days. Unacceptable!
