I spoke to several agents namely Sifiso,Shanaz,Mohammed and Godfrey.

Shanaz was the rudest as she went silent and then dropped.

I'm waiting for my returns since the 3rd of October. 21 days has passed. I was promised a call back which I have not received and today I was told my case has not been assigned to any auditor.

Here are all my case numbers as I am not getting assisted by any of the agents just being told the run around.

I'm tired of arguing with the agents ands explaining myself. How is my case not assigned after the turnaround time of 21 days.

I laid a complaint which also has a turnaround time of 21 days(how?) This means it's not an escalation.
