Incompetency at SARS

I had a telephonic appointment with SARS scheduled for 10:00 on 18 October 2022 regarding a matter that has been plaguing our school for years now. As I'm writing this review it is already 55 minutes over the scheduled appointment time. I tried phoning them. I spoke to someone at their Tax Exempt Unit, who, while I was talking to him, placed me on hold, and then the call got cut off. I have been struggling to get through ever since.
