Incompetence of filing system as they havent received documentation sent a month ago

I receive no feedback

Then today when All my information was sent timeously and I find this dissatisfactory that I receive an email close to end of the month when most people go on holiday to be told I haven’t submitted my logbook

My tax Practitioner practitioner just went online to confirm and it’s there…attached!!!! This is complete time wasting as I have meet all deadlines timeously.

So this is ridiculous that you can see all my other documentation but not my logbook to hold back funds due to me!!! I have been audited 2 times before but never experienced this type of time wasting, inefficiency and delay

On the call with your call centre agent she wasn’t even able to read some documentation…. Now I’m told we have to reload on a link that doesn’t even work…knowing that tomorrow most people go on leave… Plus every channel to enquire has a 21 working day waiting period!!! How convenient knowing most companies break way to go on leave
