INCOMPETENCE FROM SARS

I have submitted my tax return on the 22 July 2024.I was requested only on the 2/10/2024 after calling SARS numerous times to check the delay of my refund. I was requested to send supporting documents which I did and notified were received and it will take 21 working days for the audit ro be finalized. The 21 days expired the 12/11/2024 but I still have not received my refund or any feedback from SARS. I just want to find out what is the delay and when I can get my refund.Every time I call the call center it was said it was not allocated to an auditor yet ,instead I'm being given new reference numbers each time I enquire about the status. The reference numbers I got from July are as follows *********************80
