On the 18/12/2023 I visited one of your branched to correct the information/figures that was captured incorrectly regarding my 2022 tax returns and the consultant advised me that it will take plus minus 60 days to confirm the outcome of the the case - he further stated that I should ignore the any correspondence regarding the outstanding balance until I receive the final results on the pending dispute case before making any payments arrangements , so now I don’t know why was the money deducted without my consent whereby I have a pending dispute case regarding that matter.I called them so many times and everyone is giving me a different answer as if they don't work for the same company and don't use the same standars, ☹
