incompetence

I have so many refference numbers from you people, i have called a number of times regarding the problem on my tax refund which keeps being reversed, its been 3 months since i was audited the audit was completed and finalized with no changes, you people were quick to take was owed but i have to wait for what you own me, making an appointment is useless they never phone for the appointment and phoning the call centre no one can tell me why my refunds keeps being reversed. its been 2 months already. and i have got no answers and no help with this matter.
