Incompentincy

I've never been so humiliated, frustrated and angry. You when you think a consultant is assisting you because its there job and they're supposed too meanwhile they just acting as if they \know what they're doing". This consultant added his own amount lord knows from where that I'm apparently supposed to be paid by SARS because I've been paying for my medical bills when my medical aid was not active. What irritates me the most is that I told the guy that because I had cancelled my medical aid a few months back only last month I had paid for my medication from the pharmacy but the guy said to me returns are till March this year that we are filling so that slip I should keep for next year's return"
