Incompentant workers

I went to sars to do my tax return waited in line for hours, a consultant helped me and didn't advise how much I owe or receiving, I received a text stating I owe sars R5596 went back to sars advise them that it was my retirement package that they think is part of my salary but on my payslip you can see its separate from my salary... sars consultant advise they need evidence proving its my retirement package, went back to sars for the third time with the certificate advising its my retirement package they said its the wrong certificate, so I e-mail and contacted investec the company that does the investment for me advise that the certificate is the correct one as many of there clients use it and it works for them so I went back and again the consultant was ***********....Few weeks later sars from Bellville called he advise when will I pay I advise him the story and he just wouldn't listened he just wants to know when will I pay I was frustrated because you have to explain the same thing to numerous *********** consultants he was rude he put down the phone without fixing the issue now I have to pay extra tax for nothing when I pay every month a huge sum of money for tax every month this company really just wants your money...Please Help.
