income tax returns

I am having a problem yet again with SARS I have submitted my return on efiling on the 15.10.2015 and was advised that I will be receiving feedback before the 25.11.2015. I called in today and was advised I will wait another 21 days for me to get feedback which I feel is not making any sense to me. I have no guarntee that I will be getting my payout soon and most probably have to wait more than what i have already. <br> Mr ref ***. The lady advised me when I called in on the 10.11.2015 was when my case was escalated and she or the other agent could not see what was the hold up. There is no consistency with what each agent tells me which makes me very anxious. I want answers.
