INCOME TAX RETURN

<p>I went to SARS last year to claim back my tax returns. I went to the branch in Alberton personally and according to the lady that assisted me, everything was in order. Up until now I have not received anything back. I then phoned SARS where one of their call center agents informed me that I have an outstanding IRP5 from Deja Fitness 2012. I explained to the lady that I was a full time student at the University of Potchefstroom and started working for another company directly after completing my studies and haven't left that company up to date. She then advised me to get an affidavit from the police with written proof from the university, which I did. I went into the branch at Horizon View Village where I was told that DEJA Fitness submitted my IRP manually so unfortunately there is nothing they can do unless I get an IRP5 for Deja Fitness which I cannot do since I've NEVER WORKED for them!!!! I am VERY disgusted as I pay A LOT of tax each month. Surely there must be a way to assist me?! </p>
