Inactive Member due to duplicate ID numbers

<p>Our great government SARS went and deactivate my wife's account due to duplicate ID number on their system. How do they allow duplicated ID numbers? There is a flaw in their system. Now the pension fund from Alexander Forbes can’t be paid out due to inactive member. SARS call center Agent says that my wife needs to verify herself by providing all necessary documentation which she did today, only to be told that it will be sorted(membership will be activated) in 21 working day excluding holidays, weekends and and and. They can make a member inactive that day, but it takes like 21days to reinstate that member. ***???? We need her pension fund to be reinvested into a property which by the way will be sold if I can't provide the funds that’s been hold by Alexander Forbes</p> <p>SARS is always on the verge of destroying life or something in the process.
