Impossible to get hold of SARS

My home office had been declined 3 times in the last year. Apparently the fotos are not sufficient although I sent 6 photos from every angle and my home office is legit. I now want to go see them but 35 phone calls later I cannot get hold of them. The calls drop and f you do get through the calls drops mid call. How do you setup an appointment to go see them if they impossible to get hold off. Ps no load shedding today. On the call back option they phoned me after 5 hours and it took 18 calls to leave a message. The result on Sars returning the on answering the call call changed to robot sounds and is uneligible. SARS did not phone back. It is hopeless. They just want to make it very difficult for you to get money back. No other reason. What a dump Sars became.
