Impossible to contact SARS

I have been battling for a year now and SARS is just UNWILLING to help me. I went for 5 bookings at SARS Krugersdorp, received three emails which I can't open. I try to phone them and then I am nr. 392 in the que. How on earth do I make contact with SARS? It is impossible to contact them? Is SARS just not interested enough to help citizens with tax problems?
