Impossible loop

I have been trying to update all my details on SARS Efiling. It is supposed to be the easy and convenient way.<br> Since i haven't been online for a while now I had forgotten my details (cell number at the time, security answers etc) so i tried online to get password. Couldn't recall answers to security questions so couldn't get it reset myself. Phoned and asked that they please email me my password which they said they did yesterday afternoon. Still haven't received it. Went online and requested my password hint be sent to me, half a day later i get an email with the hint \reset on request"which doesn't help at all. Phoned again this morning"
