I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in the SARS MobiApp for filling taxes. The app is supposed to make tax filing easy and hassle-free, but unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues that are falling short of my expectations. I’m currently experiencing an issue with updating contact details. When trying to change my email address, the app consistently sends the OTP to my old email address for verification, preventing me from completing the update. I no longer have access to the old email address, making it impossible for me to receive the OTP and finalize the update. I hope the SARS Mobile App team can resolve this issue promptly, as it's affecting the filing process. Furthermore It would be beneficial if users could update their details seamlessly without having to book for an appointment and visit a branch or wait long hours on the phone to get ahold of assistance. I hope the app gets updated to align better with this frustrating experience.
