I'm at the springs branch, we have been here since morning queuing outside

I'm at the springs branch, we have been here since morning queuing outside. It's now almost 2 o'clock and out of 12 counters, only 1 is working. The rest of the consultants have disappeared. What kind of service is this? They don't care about people at all, they are all just passing by with no one caring why the queue is not moving. This is ridiculous
