Ignored for months by SARS, even after THEY escalated the call

My wife had a call escalated in August 2019 and SARS said they would get back to her. Since then NOTHING!! She has called back many many times and relogged calls and had it escalated again to no avail. Really strange that SARS couldn't care about sorting stuff out? I thought they wanted more money. #pathetic service
