If you don't like your JOB...QUIT

I called SARS to try get my Tax Number so I can be able to get paid by some casting agency. I received brilliant service from the second agent I have to give him that, his name is Jerry. But the first call, I spoke to Khanyisa. Whom wasn't keen to assist from the onset. She sounded like I had just woken her up, like I was annoying her, as if she didn't want her work boyfriend to go back to his desk and my call had triggered him to go back. I began imagining how many customers she let down just this day. I asked her to hold so I can go get the information she is requiring ever so rudely and she hung up(which expected) - I think she was very happy when I asked her to hold. I don't hate SARS The Taxman, but Khanyisa makes me despise it thank God for people like Jerry who redeem its pride via Service. Sort her out, there are millions out there whom would love her job.
