If you are not happy go back to China

I had to update my information in order to do eFiling so I went to SARS Alberton. I initially received the queuing number of 1150. I have been waiting since they were calling numbers in the 800s. 2 hours later, it was finally getting close, on 1129. But the number called after that was 1237, so I was quite upset that my number was skipped. I went to the person outside of the waiting room at 15:14, to inquire about the number being skipped. But he said that it's still in the queue. So I waited for another 10 minutes, and the numbers being called were all in 1200s, so I went to the front desk (the information desk), I asked what happened to my number, the lady was very rude no greeting or anything, she didn't even look at me and said the number was called, then I asked when it was called, she impatiently checked the system and told me it was 15:15. Since my number wasn't called at that time, I said to her but I didn't hear my number, she didn't even look at me even once and said \if you are not happy
