I want to pay sars but they dont want to help

Fof 3 weeks I havd tried paying sars almost 10.000 ranc they say I owe them, they are unwilling to help me pay them, refusing to furnish an accoung number to pay into, meanwhile thd amoung oeing has interest growing, why dont they want md to pay them the money, have phoned, d mailed them but they dont want to help.
