I have a concern whereby I submitted my tax refund on the 08/08/2019 but when I'm doing the follow ups their telling me they're not promising me anything or any date where I will be refunded, but when my salary reflect on my bank it only take them a second to deduct money so I want this to be resolved as I'm still sitting with a query of 2017,case numbers are as follows ***,***.
