I want my money!

Hello, I have been waiting for my tax money back since last year October! I have called the call centre at least twice a month since January and have about ten case numbers. Everytime I call them someone tells me something completely different from what the last person told me. No one can tell me why I have not received my money and no one can tell me when I will get it. This is absolutely disgusting, it's my money! How the hell can they think they can just not pay out what's due to people! I pay tax every single month yet they can't pay me what's due once a year! Every call it make to them they say it will be escalated and that would take 21 working days but no one ever bothers to call me back once it's been escalated. Sars you owe me money and I want it Now! Vusi and Elina you are the rudest people I have ever dealt with at sars, also very ***********! Give me my money sars!it's not your money to keep!!!
