I submitted my tax return and now SARS is delaying

I submitted my tax return, now SARS is delaying my payment and telling me about turn around time of 21 days. whereas previously they paid me within 4 days MAX! Now that the amount owed to me is a big amount there's suddenly turn around time and stories to delay my payment!! If it was me owing them, they'd be harassing me and making sure they get their payment!!! I WANT MY MONEY SARS!!! IT'S MINE!!!
