I stood in line since 04:30.I was the 1st in line went in to the office when it opened the security is great but the staff has zero people skills.The Muslim lady at the front desk looks like someone vomited in her mouth, she don't greet don't know how to talk to anyone treat ppl like they are animals. The guy who assisted me treated me like he knows everything speaking over me not giving me a chance to talk.He told me everything is sorted out on my profile but nothing is right,I'm still sitting with the same issue. Please teach your staff how to work with people and not be arrogant and act like they own SARS because they don't maybe if the focus more on their jobs and less on being pompus SARS will actually have less complaints.
