I needed my tax number urgently to finish some of my business but I received nothing yet

If been struggling from August to reactive my Sars number that was inactive. When I called the first time they told me to wait 21 working days then it will be reactived. After the 21 working days I called again to get feedback they told me they will sort it out and I will receive an email in the next 24 tot 48 hours why my tax number process to be reactived could been delayed. It's been a week and a half later and my Tax number is still not activated. I received no email or whatsoever.
