I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

I have done the filling on the 17 of July and i have submitted all the documents needed.They told me that i will get the refund of R358.00 after 31 days because of the Audit that needs to be done.On the 17 August called them and they said that they the auditor still busy then i must wait till the end of the month. I called again(07/09/2015) ans i spoke to Janine and she said the she doesn't know when am i getting the money back and she cannot see what the problem.Can SARS please give me my refund.We know that if i was owing you guys you have wanted your money so please give me my refund.I will appreciate if someone get back to me with this query.
