I need feedback urgently

I have filed my tax return since August 2024 until this day I have not being assisted I have been sent from pillar to post I called I was assisted by a lady called Charmaine she said she will escalate the matter but never told me that documents are not loaded I called again spoke to a guy called Marius exceptional service he told me documents are not uploaded ...I have already uploaded the documents more than 5 times on the e-filing system ,this is really frustrating as there is no proper feedback in terms of my tax return can I get proper feedback it's already over 4 months waiting to be assisted
