I have not received my money.

I went to SARS at Dube on the 25th of September 2015 and I was advised I would get the amount due to me the following week.<br> I have been calling *** and always I'm advised my payment is due in two weeks.<br> I'd like to know when I will get my money.<br> Tax Ref No : ***<br> <br> Kindly look into the matter and advise.
