I have been sitting here from 11:05am till 2pm

Since I've been here I have not been attended to. I'm not sure how their system works but it stinks. I am suppose to file by today and I can't leave. Meanwhile my child will be left unattended to when she gets back from school. I am beyond angry. They won't even tell me how far I am.
