i escalated my case due to no response and got a threatening phone call

<p>So ive registered as a new user on efiling,</p> <p> </p> <p>i then fax through relevant documentation, to which i get no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>i phone to escalate the case, and three weeks later some chick from SARS calls me back</p> <p> </p> <p>i said fine ill fax the forms again, as its a mission to find a fax machine these days.</p> <p> </p> <p>this morning she calls to threaten me that she'll close the escalated ticket as this is outside the scope of her job. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for her supers number to which she said 'nah thats not possible'</p> <p> </p> <p>Are SARS allowed to go on like this?? im a bit confounded here..</p>
