I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!!

So, after the last complaint I posted, I was contacted by an Eddie, who I think is the same Montle Mothibi, on the 28th March 2015. This person claimed to be the Operations Manager in Alberton. This man made a false promise that he'd call me Monday to confirm when I am getting my 2013 refund which is due to me since the 15th Dec 2014 after my dispute had been finalised. He said I will be getting my refund very soon, which he also stated that he'd contact me Monday to give me the exact date. I am still waiting. he isn't even contacting me as he promised. Little did he know that I reported this matter to the ombudsman, and when they contact me, I will tell them that Eddie is also sleeping on the job.
