i am a very unhappy client

i am so disappointed in SARS , did my return on efiling on the 2nd of July 2019 today is the 12TH still did not receive my refund i know i am under audit but atleast the admin at sars can tell us that all the documents uploaded is correct,Not only telling us every time we call that we must wait for 21 days and that they are still within their limit. Please we are your customers please treat us properly . all i need to tell me what is the hold up .The service is terrible my cell number is
