SARS branch in Pretoria central abuse of power, they make people to sit in long queues in the building without assisting them and later they tell people to register on e-filling. Old man and woman who are technologically challenged are treated as kids and yet the SARS employees will claim for overtime. The submission deadline will expire without a large number of people who cannot use e-filling having to have submitted for their returns. People are treated with no respect as if they are begging yet it is their right. Head of SARS please intervene on behalf of the majority that got laid of from their jobs due to Covid- 19 and are depending on their returns to be able to put food on the table, pay school fees for their children. People need to serve with respect not this arrogance and disrespect that the SARS team in Pretoria are displaying
