How to replace SARS

SARS agent drop the call on me, I have been calling and waiting on the call for over 2 hours. I think i'ts pretty clear to see all the bad complaints and i am just adding o it ......

It's not a network issue it's a personality issue of just don't care.I wonder if the everyone's behavior was like that what would the wold come to.
