HORRIFYING SERVICE FROM SARS!!!

So, I did (submitted) my tax returns for both 2017 and 2018 on the 31/7/2018 on efiling while speaking to one of their call centre consultants (very helpful adviser) and had to submit an afidavit for being retrenched in 2017 which i did on the 1/8/2018. i was then advised that a review would be done and it would take up to 21 business days for my case to be reviewed and i called back after the 21 business days (sometime in sept) and the lady i spoke to was also just as shocked why i havent heard back from SARS and said she would get this matter escalated as it has passed the turnaround time.

so again i wait for the feedback. I then call againat the end of sept only to be told by some rude lady that because it is a return for the previous year there is no turn around timei need to wait for submission of 2018 tax returns to close and as annoyed as i was at the rudeness of this lady i had no other choice but to understand and wait.

Guess what i called again at the begining of November at i dont know what the hell is happening at SARS but it is utter nonsense. Still no feedback appperantly my return has still not been reviewed and nobody knows whats happening, again im being feed the bull**** of no turnaround time (nonsense if youy ask me) and its now almost 4 months later!!!!!!

It really amazes me how im always taxed on time every month but have to be understanding and wait 4 months for my return, my money!!!!!
