Horrific Service From SARS

I have been trying to get hold of a consultant at SARS offices since Monday (21/08/2023). While waiting in the que, when my call finally gets through to a consultant the consultant drops the call without saying a word.

Is this how you guys are maintaining your Service Levels on a daily basis?
