Horrific experience by SARS

SARS IS *****ING MY MONEY !

if I could rate this company zero stars I would . The staff at the cape town branch is extremely rude and unprofessional . My refund is suppose to be paid out already due t it eventually saying "ready to refund" after going in and submitting my bank details etc.. that same Monday, all of a sudden, it was changed to "no refund due". When going in to find out what had happened, i had supposedly restarted the verification process on the app (which i did not) and i had to wait another 21 days, which has already passed in December . The sad part is we have to pay tax every month but when sars has to do their bit the service is utterly disgusting !!!!!!!! The refund is needed for my medical bills and sars doesnt give a ****
