Horrible Service from SARS

Just getting assistance from SARS is problematic. Having to be 1000+ caller in line just to speak to a consultant is extreme. This cannot be: Eventfully getting to speak to an exhausted consultant who, at some drops your call after having to hold for an hour. Is there anything in South Africa that works?
