Horrible service

Yoh, hai SARS shem is the very worst. The lack of communication appalls me. I changed my banking details and got correspondence to upload proof of account and after that, they said to wait for 21 days. It has been 21 days, and now I'm being told to upload more documents that were not communicated before. This is just nonsense. They just delaying my refund for no reason
