Horrible service

Call reference number ***. I came across a very rude call center agent, sounded less interested to assist and arrogant. Wanted to establish why I received an email with a statement of account and the way she was responding and how she handled my call it was like she was forced to be at work and did not want to be there. Call/Contact Centre don't deserve to have people of her caliber. Thulani Mkrola
