Horrible Service!

I'm really frustrated with SARS right now. Over the past 6 months, I spoke to 10 different agents who all gave me wrong information. After all that, I finally spoke to an 11th person who finally gave me the correct info – but even though it was their mistake, they want to take 21 working days to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable! The delays and constant misinformation have caused so much stress. SARS needs to improve their service and stop wasting people's time! #SARS #PoorService #CustomerFrustration
