Horrible SARS service

I have been updating my banking details with SARS since August and was told to wait 21 days its been 30 days and i went back today only to find out it was done and now have to wait another 21 days, pls help how do i escalate this matter, the manager at horizon view was USELESS was not interested in helping me at all
