horrible sars

i have never been so disappointed in any service before the way i am regarding sars . THEY OWE ME MONEY. but they can not say when they will pay my own money out . this is ridiculous, every month my salary gets deducted tax but when they owe me no response at all . all they say is it needs to be audited but no feedback for weeks on end . i am going to take this matter further im going to contact ombuds as i cant handle this anymore.
